Founder, psychologist, coach
My name is Angel, the Founder of The Mind Gym.
During my Masters in Psychology, I realized that stigma associated with seeing a therapist is still among the most of us. I felt that this certainly needed to change in today's society. Therfore, I saw room for a safe place where you can work on yourself and your mindset, in a fun, easily accessible way. A place where you learn that it is completely normal to not always feel at your best and where you can learn how to deal with this.

This is how the Mind Gym was born, a safe place to unwind and recharge yourself.

During my career as a psychologist, I learn many useful techniques, theories and therapies which are applied in the lessons of The Mind Gym. This, in combination with Mindfulness, breathing exercises and empowerment, make the sessions of the Mind Gym a fun and interactive way to work on your mental wellbeing.
With The Mind Gym I hope to inspire many people to make a switch and look within. Reconnect with yourself and become your highest potential.
